The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) is the independent, designated quality body entrusted with monitoring and advising on standards and quality in UK higher education.
University of Lincoln Institutional Review
We are pleased to note the excellent outcome from the the last Institutional Review of the University by the QAA.
In the four areas where formal judgments were given, the report confirms that:
- The academic standards of the University’s awards meet UK expectations for threshold standards
- The quality of student learning opportunities meets UK expectations
- The enhancement of student learning opportunities is commended
- The quality of the University’s information about learning opportunities meets UK expectations.
This excellent result was a clear endorsement of the hard work that takes place across the University to maintain and enhance learning and teaching.
