Linsey is the University’s Director of Quality, Enhancement and Standards. Linsey is responsible for the strategic development and enhancement of the University’s academic Quality and Standards. This includes the management and oversight of internal quality processes, external reviews and stakeholder management, including academic partners and PSRBs. Linsey manages the Office of Quality, Standards and Partnerships.

Matt is the University’s Quality Manager, responsible for the operational management of the team and the oversight of all approval and review events. Matt is responsible for assuring and enhancing the academic standards of the University’s programmes and awards, and the quality of the learning opportunities they provide.

As part of the OQSP team, Becky is responsible for assuring and enhancing the academic standards of the University’s programmes and awards, and the quality of the learning opportunities they provide.

Martin is a Quality, Standards and Partnerships Officer with responsibility for the College of Health and Science. As part of the OQSP team, Martin is responsible for assuring and enhancing the academic standards of the University’s programmes and awards, and the quality of the learning opportunities they provide. Martin is also OQSP’s Student Engagement Champion.

Phil is the University’s Academic Partnerships Manager, responsible for maintaining and enhancing academic quality and standards in relation to UK and international academic partnerships, and ensuring their approval and delivery meet national, international, professional and statutory requirements.

Chloe is the University’s External Examining Officer, supporting all aspects of the External Examiner journey. Chloe manages the institutional systems and processes for External Examiner appointment, induction, reporting and enhancement, and provides associated advice to internal and external colleagues.
